This projector is named ZW310STe, originates from Optoma, and its data sheet shows 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 and a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 104 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 407 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (10W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. With a value of only 30 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
