The hardware properties of the EW420 manufactured by Optoma include 4700 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast value of 12000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2500 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Lens Shift Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 4700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 697 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 465 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
