The technical data of the Optoma DX326 includes 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 as well as a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 4500 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 2600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 296 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 28 decibels. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
