Based on DLP technology, the Optoma EH416 device delivers 4200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 20000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3000 hours for this projector's lamp. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 658 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 439 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
