According to Optoma, the H77 model provides 900 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 3500:1 alongside a HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 3000 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 900 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 305 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 203 cm. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 23 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2004 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
