With the HD29HLV, Optoma offers a 3D-DLP projector that features 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. A look at the light output reveals: The 4500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 682 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 455 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 28 decibels. Since entering the market in 2022, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
