The Optoma DX606 is a LED-DLP projector that brings 2000 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 2200:1. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 259 cm. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2007 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
