According to Optoma, the DS317e model provides 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast ratio of 20000:1 alongside a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Optoma, the included lamp lasts up to 6000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 8.2 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 523 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 349 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 27 decibels. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
