The W400LVe model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 25000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 6000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 8.2 years possible. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 429 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background.
