As a projector, the Nec VT770 combines LCD technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 400:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range.
