As a projector for the Stationary sector, the Nec NP4100W is equipped with 5500 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 2100:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 753 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 502 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
