Known as the GT6000R, this LCD projector by Nec features basic specs of 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 450:1 at a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Looking at practical performance, up to 389 cm can be illuminated with 2000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 259 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec.
