Categorized in the Standard-Portabel segment, the ME331W projector from Nec projects with a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution, alongside 3300 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 6000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 3300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
