The Nec NC800C is a DLP projector offering 5500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of HD2K 2048 x 1080. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 646 cm can be illuminated with 5500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 431 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
