As a projector for the Whiteboard sector, the Nec UM301Wi (Multi-Pen) is equipped with 3000 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 4000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary. A daily usage of 2 hours makes an operational lifespan of 5.5 years possible. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 371 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Specifically for the educational or business sector, an interactive whiteboard function is also integrated. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (20W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
