Based on DLP technology, the Benq TK800 device delivers 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 and a contrast of 10000:1 as a projector. According to Benq, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
