This projector is named LU951ST, originates from Benq, and its data sheet shows 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 100000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours – calculating to 13.7 years at four hours of use per day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
