Based on DLP technology, the Benq LW600ST+ projects images in a Short Distance environment, with technical specs listing 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a durability of 20000 hours for the LED light source – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 144 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 575 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 383 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. The projector was released in 2024 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
