Equipped with DLP technology, the Benq DX808ST offers 3300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. According to Benq, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 120 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 3300 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 500 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 333 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
