The equipment of the Benq LK936ST+ projector includes 5100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000000:1 with a UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 display. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 5100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 726 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 484 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. The model is perfectly equipped for complex installations: In addition to the RJ45 jack for network administration, an HDBaseT port is available, transporting high-resolution AV signals over a single Cat cable. Since entering the market in 2022, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
