The projector MX704 by Benq utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2500 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 551 cm can be illuminated with 4000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 367 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
