This projector from Benq utilizes DLP technology, achieving 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 6000000:1 at a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. An LED lifespan of 20000 hours is noted in the data sheet for this model, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 160 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 556 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 371 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. The integrated Google Assistant ensures comfortable operation, allowing the projector to be controlled via voice commands. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 26 decibels.
