Behind the name EMP 7300 is a LCD projector by Epson, whose main features include 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 1200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 302 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 201 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Epson's current lineup.

Have been using the projector for 8 years and it has never let me down in any way. When playing VGA, S-Vhs and RGBHV signals, the device processed everything wonderfully. Moving images were always sharp, with lots of color and luminosity. I have connected all the consoles that were and are available. It is ideally suited for PC use. In the home cinema area, it really hits the colors and pixels on the screen in such a way that many a new projector is still inferior. In short, a great piece of its time.

All in all quite ok.
Cannot process HDTV signal.
Dvds are sometimes not played back via yuv feed (unfortunately not known why).
Think it is ideal for home cinema beginners.
