The Epson EH-TW7400 is a 3D-LCD projector offering 2400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 200000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3500 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2400 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 498 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 332 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 24 decibels. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
