The EH TW6800 model from Epson combines LCD technology in the Homecinema sector with 2700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 120000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Epson, the included lamp lasts up to 3500 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector. The achievable distances are shown in the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 2700 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 528 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 352 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson.
