This projector from Epson utilizes LCD technology, achieving 1500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 400:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1500 hours for this projector's lamp. A look at the light output reveals: The 1500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 337 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 225 cm. Since entering the market in 2002, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
