The EB-U130 model is a 3D-Laser-LCD projector from Epson, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 at WUXGA 1920 x 1200. According to Epson, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. Since entering the market in 2018, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
