The projector VS340 by Epson USA utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. Regarding projection size, the value of 2800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 461 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 307 cm. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
