The Epson USA PowerLite 84/+ is a LCD projector offering 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Regarding projection size, the value of 2600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 296 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2009, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
