Behind the name PowerLite 5000 is a LCD projector by Epson USA, whose main features include 750 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300:1 and a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. According to Epson USA, the lamp has a durability of 1600 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 750 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 238 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 159 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Epson USA's current lineup.
