Based on LCD technology, the Epson USA PowerLite 570 projects images in a Short Distance environment, with technical specs listing 2700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 5000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 62 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 2700 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 453 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 302 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
