Known as the VS230, this LCD projector by Epson USA features basic specs of 2800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at a SVGA 800 x 600 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 5000 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 2800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 461 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 307 cm. This model dates back to 2014 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
