Designed for the Homecinema sector, the PowerLite S3 model from Epson USA features 1600 ANSI lumens, a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast ratio of 500:1. According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 1600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 348 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 232 cm. This model dates back to 2005 and is no longer part of Epson USA's current product range.
