The projector PowerLite 1915 by Epson USA utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Epson USA, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. A look at the light output reveals: The 4000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 551 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 367 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
