This projector from Epson USA utilizes LCD technology, achieving 2500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1100:1 at a resolution of SXGA+ 1400 x 1050. According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 7000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 9.6 years when used for 2 hours a day. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. A look at the light output reveals: The 2500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 435 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 290 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
