According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 4000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. A look at the light output reveals: The 1800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 431 cm in darkened rooms. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 28 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2009 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
