Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the PX728-4K model from Viewsonic features 2000 ANSI lumens, a native UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160 resolution and a contrast ratio of 12000:1. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 303 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2021 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
