The Pro8450w model from Viewsonic combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4300:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 4500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 682 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 455 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2010 and is no longer part of Viewsonic's current product range.
