The PA700X is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector by Viewsonic, whose specifications list 4500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 12500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 584 cm can be illuminated with 4500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 389 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The projector was released in 2023 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
