The M1 Pro model from Viewsonic combines DLP technology in the Micro-Portabel sector with 600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 120000:1 and a native HDTV 1280 x 720 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a durability of 30000 hours for the LED light source. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding the power supply, the projector features an internal battery that enables a mobile runtime of up to 4 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 249 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 166 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 25 decibels. The projector was released in 2022 and is officially no longer distributed by Viewsonic.
