Based on DLP technology, the Viewsonic PJD6552LWS projects images in a Short Distance environment, with technical specs listing 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 and a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4000 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 5.5 years. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 98 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Regarding projection size, the value of 3200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 575 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 383 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Viewsonic's current product range.
