The PG800W model from Viewsonic combines DLP technology in the Standard-Portabel sector with 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 50000:1 and a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 718 cm can be illuminated with 5000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 479 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
