This projector from Viewsonic utilizes Laser-DLP technology, achieving 3500 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 15000 hours, covering an estimated 10.3 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 50 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 401 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
