The equipment of the Viewsonic LS810 projector includes 5200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 with a WXGA 1280 x 800 display. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 15000 hours, covering an estimated 10.3 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 50 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 5200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 733 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 489 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2016, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
