Based on LCD technology, the Barco Vision 3200 projects images in a Event environment, with technical specs listing 1200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 150:1 and a VGA 640 x 480 resolution. According to Barco, the lamp has a durability of 750 hours. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 1200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 302 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 201 cm. This model dates back to 1997 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range.
