A projector from Barco is the DP4K 23B, whose DLP model delivers 24500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160 and a contrast of 2000:1. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 729 cm can be illuminated with 24500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 486 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. This model dates back to 2011 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range. However, it remains frequently searched within our database. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
