The projector CNWU 61B by Barco utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6500:1 at a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector without digital interference. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Which optic is required for a specific case can easily be calculated via the Projection Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 6000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 787 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 525 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Since entering the market in 2013, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
