The hardware properties of the CVHD-31B manufactured by Barco include 3000 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast value of 2500:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2250 hours for this projector's lamp. The presence of a lens shift function enables flexible vertical or horizontal positioning of the projector. The achievable distances are shown in the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco.
