Based on DILA technology, the JVC DLA RS4910 device delivers 1200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080 and a contrast of 60000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Projector Calculator is available for room planning. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 235 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. With a value of only 20 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2013 and is no longer part of JVC's current product range.
