With the D-ILA-N5, JVC offers a 3D-Laser-DILA projector that features 1800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 40000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K+2K) 4096 x 2160. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 4500 hours before a replacement is necessary. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.2 years. This model is available with either a black or white housing. In terms of image alignment, the model offers an optical lens shift function, allowing the image to be shifted without quality loss. The exact adjustment leeway can be calculated in the Distance Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 197 cm can be illuminated with 1800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 131 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of JVC's current product range. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
